- Citizens sometimes become angry about the government
- If the ruler tells them to do something, they better do it.
- Citizens don’t have a lot of freedom, they are always controlled by the government. They have to be bossed around by the ruler/government.
- If they want freedom they have to go against the government.
- Theocracies usually base their laws off of a bible or something like it. They don't necessarily have a constitution or bill of rights, the closest thing they can get to that are the rules of whatever religion they believe in.
